Property Sourcing & Due Diligence

Our team of property sourcing experts can negotiate discounts of up to 25% with most developers in the UK. We offer our members at least two new developments to choose from each week. Each development offered to you comes with a full due diligence report including information on location, local regeneration, transport links, sites, specifications, full financial report (rental projection, coverage etc), comparable's of similar properties and rental projections based on interviews with local agents

Portfolio Management

We can look after full property portfolios all across the UK, giving you peace of mind that you are getting the best possible service. We only charge 7% for managing a portfolio and offer rental insurance for only £55 so that you never miss a payment.
